• Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for them.

4. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment is required before project commencement
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per milestone schedule
• Late payments may incur interest charges of 2% per month

5. Limitation of Liability

AKLR Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. The client is liable for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

AKLR Tech strives to deliver exceptional results. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.

1. Software Development & AI/ML Projects

• Before project commencement: 100% refund of the advance payment minus any documented pre-project costs.
• After commencement (within 7 days): 50% refund of advance paid, subject to work completed review.
• After 7 days or milestone completion: No refund for completed milestones.
• Upon project completion: No refund once the final deliverable has been approved and handed over.

2. Digital Marketing Services

• Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the service month has commenced.
• Third-party ad spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is non-refundable once deployed.

3. Accounting & Bookkeeping Services

• Monthly service fees are non-refundable once the service period has started.
• If services are terminated mid-month, a pro-rata refund may be considered at our discretion.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
